General Superintendent

Compensation will reflect the applicant's ability level and experience. A full benefit package will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Direct and coordinate the performance of all construction activity in accordance with the Project Managers’ work plans.
Effectively coordinate resource employment between projects
Coordinate and supervise all construction activities to ensure the successful completion.
Maintain positive relationships with customers, subcontractors, suppliers and employees
Recruit and hire construction personnel
Ensure work product quality
Ensure job site safety

Candidate Profile:

Education:

High school diploma

Experience:

5 years experience as a Superintendent in heavy civil construction

5 years of construction field experience in heavy civil construction

Training/Skills:

Project scheduling

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Strong organizational and communication skills
