- Advanced degree in Business or Construction Management or equivalent experience
Experience: - 5 years experience as a general manager in heavy civil related construction
- 5 years experience as an estimator in heavy civil related construction
- 5 years of hands-on field experience in heavy civil related construction
Training/Skills: - Business management, cost accounting, estimating, construction methods, materials production, quality control
- Computerized estimating, spreadsheet development, computerized scheduling, word processing, finance
- Strong organizational and communication skills
