Fox Contractors is seeking a Project Engineer with the technical and planning skills to support Project Managers on multiple projects in all aspects of the construction process from estimating the project to managing the project. A proven self-starter and team player with a background in the construction industry is desirable. The candidate's ability to successfully work as part of a project team and to support multiple jobs at one time are key. Responsibilities Estimating Duties:
Project Management Duties: - Prepare and maintain Project Book
- Participate in all Project meetings
- Prepare and log all material submittals and RFI's
- Assist in Project correspondence
- Document and prepare change orders and change order requests
- Prepare and update Project schedule
- Assist in monitoring job budget vs. actual variances
- Interact directly with Project Superintendents in the field
