- Plan, organize, staff, direct and control the operation of the department in concert with the strategic business plan and its attendant models and standards of success
- Manage the procurement, repair, transport, maintenance and service of all construction and materials production equipment employed by the Company under warranty components
- Manage all shop facilities
- Manage resource employment coordination
- Control fleet composition and charge rates

Candidate Profile: Education:
- College degree or equivalent in business or construction management
Exoerience: - 5 years experience as a Field Repair & Service Supervisor in heavy civil construction
- 5 years of construction field experience in heavy civil construction
Training/Skills: - Preventative maintenance, safety, procurement
- Equipment cost accounting, charge rate development, electronic spreadsheet development, computerized scheduling, word processing
- Strong organizational and communication skills
