Manage the acquisition of all construction services contract revenue for the company. Plan, organize, staff, direct and control the operation of the Estimating Business Function in keeping with the Long Term Business Plan and its attendant models and standards of success.

Education

College degree in construction engineering or construction management

Experience

5 years experience as a Chief Estimator in company’s targeted markets and work types

5 years experience as a Senior Estimator in company’s targeted markets and work types

5 years of construction field experience in targeted markets and work types

Training/Skills

Computerized estimating, e-mail, electronic spreadsheet development, computerized scheduling, word processing
