To maximize the value you receive from the seminar - and to speed the implementation of the information and ideas you learn - you'll receive one Advanced Bidding Practices Toolset. This collection of process maps, workbooks and checklists transforms the seminar content from interesting and potentially valuable ideas into immediately useable and relevant tactics that will revolutionize the way you run your business. The Advanced Bidding Practices Toolset. includes:
- Best Practices Task Maps. These flowcharts show what tasks need to happen during every stage of the 4-phase bidding process.
- Bid Log Analysis Workbook. Analyze your bids results to see the properties of the jobs that you have the most (and least) success with; play "what if" games with your bid results so you can see the effect on profit, overhead and revenue of increasing (or decreasing) markup.
- Job Log Analysis Workbook. Quickly analyze your job cost results according to 5 key factors, so you can forecast a bid's final result ... and determine whether you should bid the job.
- Chart of Accounts - Price Breakdown Structure Map Worksheet. Associate all costs with elements of your bid price structure ... so you avoid cost gaps/overlaps in bid proposals.
- Standard Cost Breakdown Structure Syntax Example Worksheet. See how to deconstruct all of your work activities ... so you can define how much each activity truly costs.
- Discount Terms Setup Worksheet. Type in a few numbers and you'll see in black and white how the discounts you're considering will affect your profitability and cash flow. Use this worksheet to run different scenarios ... until you find the optimal discount terms.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
You're most likely to want to cancel or reschedule a seminar because you need to prepare for an urgent bid opening; or, because some other crisis has popped up. Although we understand wanting to reclaim 8 hours to work IN your business, the fact that you want to cancel is a red flag that you need to spend more time working ON your business. So we encourage you to think twice before canceling or rescheduling. After all, there will always be another crisis looming around the next corner. The first step in breaking free of this chaos is to carve out time to begin building your plan.
