Booking and Registration - Boot Camp
To Arrange For A Boot Camp Seminar Series:
- Decide when and where to hold your seminar.
- Pick a period of time (3 to 6 working days).
- Call Grantlun's main office at 1-406-586-0234, or contact us online.
Your Investment:
- The sum total of the then current fees for the PRIVATE presentation of the selected seminars and toolsets, less 5%.
- Expenses for the use of the seminar facilities of your choice.
- Travel and lodging expenses for Grantlun's Senior Consultant and Seminar Coordinator.
What you get:
- 1 hour of pre-seminar briefing discussions with Grantlun about your company.
- Seminar presentations and questions and answers from Grantlun.
- 1 Seminar Notebook for every participant for each of the selected seminars.
- 1 STANDARD Toolset for each of the selected seminars.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
You're most likely to want to cancel or reschedule a boot camp because you need to prepare for an urgent bid opening; or, because some other crisis has popped up. Although we understand wanting to reclaim 8 hours to work IN your business, the fact that you want to cancel is a red flag that you need to spend more time working ON your business. So we encourage you to think twice before canceling or rescheduling. After all, there will always be another crisis looming around the next corner. The first step in breaking free of this chaos is to carve out time to begin building your plan. That said, be assured that you can reschedule or cancel a boot camp as follows if you decide that's what is best for your company:
- To book a boot camp seminar series, you must pay 50% of the listed fee no later than 28 days in advance of the scheduled start date. That amount is not refundable under any circumstances, unless Grantlun cancels.
- The remaining 50% is due no later than 14 days before the scheduled start date. That amount is refundable if the seminar is cancelled for any reason.
- Seminars can be rescheduled to be held within a year of the originally scheduled start date. If you require a later date, the fee is subject to change to reflect the then current fee.
- If you reschedule one time, no later than 14 calendar days before the scheduled start date, no penalty is assessed; however, you will be responsible for any travel or facilities expenses incurred by Grantlun.
- If you reschedule more than once, or, if you reschedule less than 14 calendar days before the scheduled start date, you must pay a $500 administrative fee. You will also be responsible for all travel and facilities expenses incurred by Grantlun.
- If for any reason, Grantlun cancels the boot camp, the full amount paid will be refunded.
