The business planning workshop series starts with a thorough assessment of your company. Through a process of data collection and face-to-face discussions the current state and quality of your current operations is established, and, your performance relative to best practices is measured. |
Assessment data collection involves all six business elements defined by Grantlun's business planning process: money, market, machines, manpower, management and mindset. Assessment data collection typically takes from one to two weeks and is easy to do - Grantlun provides the collection tools, you simply populate them with data.
Once assessment data is in-hand, Session 1 takes one day. |

Session 2 builds the foundation for the business plan and establishes its heading by first defining your short term objectives and strategies and then modeling them to test their profitability.
Session 2 takes one day and is best held the day after Session 1, and no later than one month after the completion of the Assessment. |

Session 3 extends your short term plans; establishes long term objectives and strategies; and, models them to test their profitability.
Session 3 takes one day and is best held the day after Session 2. |

| Session 4: Action Plan & Schedule |
Session 4 translates your business strategy into action plans; establishes who must do what and when to implement your plans; and, initiates the on-going execution-planning cycle.
